Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

  • If the order is canceled within 24 hours, no fees will be charged.

  • If the order is canceled after 24 hours but the product has not yet been shipped, a transaction fee will apply to the refund:

    • 3.6% for Credit Card payments

    • 3.6% for PayPal payments

    • 2.99% for Klarna payments

Please note: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unactivated, and in new condition as received.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all components.

  • A transaction fee will apply to the refund (3.6% for Credit Card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 2.99% for Klarna users).


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to confirm eligibility.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the correct return address and packaging guidelines.

  3. Ensure all components are included before sending the package back.


Shipping Fees

  • If the return is initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item received, roboonly.com.au will cover the return shipping fees.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@roboonly.com.au.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to appear.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
